Paul Gilliham

Bio: Paul Gilliham is the Director of Customer Marketing with Lithium Technologies and has a decade and a half of online experience working with high tech multinational enterprises. He spends his days working with leading practitioners on their community strategies, and running the Lithium customer community and blogging programs on the Lithosphere. He is a member of The Social Customer Blogger Advisory Board. Prior to Lithium, Paul was Senior Manager, Online Strategy, Experience, Community and Social Media for Juniper Networks. Under his purview, his team ran Juniper’s corporate web presence, Juniper.net , as well as its online community and social media activities, including J-Net Community, YouTube media center and Facebook/LinkedIn activities for the company. For the decade before joining Juniper in February 2007, Paul was the User Experience Manager for Nortel Networks with responsibility for the information architecture and direction of Nortel.com, and he held positions in the UK, France, and US. In another life, Paul was the European Press Officer for Panasonic/Technics Europe. Outside of work, Paul is a single digit golfer, avid tea drinker and has way too many guitars.
